{ This is a world-building query, not home-work. }

Do any magnesium alloys have sufficient ductility for spin forming ?

Assume passive atmosphere, wheel-type low-friction tooling, optional heating etc...

Yes, several magnesium alloys possess sufficient ductility for spin forming, but they generally require heat-assisted processing (hot spin forming) rather than cold processing. Typical alloys are AZ31, AZ80, AZ80+, ZK60 / ZK61.

Spin forming below 250°C usually results in localized thinning or immediate macroscopic fracture. Thermal assistance using gas burners or embedded induction heaters to stabilize the metal between 250°C and 400°C is mandatory to prevent brittle failure.

Thank You, Thank You !!
Although the referenced article was pay-walled, Google Scholar search found related 'open' PDF:

Tangential to this PDF, I've also found much related background on 'Friction Stir Welding' of magnesium alloys, so have a much more robust 'take' on production processes available to that alien 'World Build'.
