Synonyms "cardinality" with "carnality"?

The PF spell-checker suggests replacing the mathematical term "cardinality" with "carnality". Are these terms synonymous?

In this case the answer to

is: in our métier we need to include the time parameter! $\dfrac{dc}{dt} < 0$ for some $t > t_0$ with $t_0 \approx 25a$.

Carnality sounds like a drunk mathematician saying "cardinality", but the pronunciation is mumbly.
