Test Anxiety...

I know I am not the only one who goes through this phenomenon, how do you guys cope when (if) you get all worked up before an exam?

Specifically, I tend to get very anxious before my calculus exams, even though I study constantly, ask questions, go to group study, and work EVERY problem assigned (even asking for help from everyone here). Does anyone have any secrets to calming down before an exam. I feel it really hinders my academic performance. I've tried gum chewing, etc...still nervous.


(Just thought Id break up the "how can I solve this..." thread history. Sorry.
