Upload of photos directly from phone

My latest lame jokes were created as posts directly from phone. Is this no longer possible? The photo icon is inactive (all posting icons turned red) and won't open a pop-up. Thanks!

You've switched to text-only mode somehow, I think. Click on the rightmost $\vdots$ and select the icon that looks like a pair of square brackets (which should be black) to return to WYSIWYG. The rest of the icons should turn black and be functional again.
