USB TV tuner stick recommendations for Windows 7

I have win7 and I have a Kworld TV Tuner Stick for my USB Port.

I have had no good come from it from not picking up stations to skiping and things like this.

I never use Internal TV Tuner Cards because I always have Driver Prablems with them.

Is there a USB TV Tuner Stic you can tell me is good or that you use?

My recommendation is to purchase a Slingbox, connect it to your TV input source. Then, you can access TV through any web browser.
