Vc versus Vcc. Meteor Calculations

  1. May 17, 2012 #1
I tried posing my question by using some Latex features here, but I could work faster by using Word coupled with what I could use from Latex here. When I tried putting the material here from Word, it didn't work out, so I'm attaching a pdf of my question. The reference to IMO is the International Meteor Organization. The article is at <http://www.asterism.org/tutorials/tut36%20Meteor%20Showers.pdf> [Broken]

Well, this was almost ridiculously easy. Just too long away from mathematics. Substitute the first equation into the second. Everything in the first equations is known. Vc falls out easily. Duh.
