I tried posing my question by using some Latex features here, but I could work faster by using Word coupled with what I could use from Latex here. When I tried putting the material here from Word, it didn't work out, so I'm attaching a pdf of my question. The reference to IMO is the International Meteor Organization. Well, this was almost ridiculously easy. Just too long away from mathematics. Substitute the first equation into the second. Everything in the first equations is known. Vc falls out easily. Duh.
