Royal watchers have had their first glimpse of the new royal baby, as Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, and Prince William left St Mary's hospital in London with their daughter.

The royal trio left the private Lindo Wing early on Sunday, stopping to pose for photos. William used the opportunity to make a dad joke, quipping "two out of two" as he fitted the baby seat into the car, a reference to the tense moments as he did it for the first time after Prince George was born in 2013.

The duchess was admitted about 5pm (NZT) on Saturday. The baby arrived at 9.34pm after two-and-a-half hours of labour, weighing 8 pounds 3 ounces. William was in attendance.

Prince William, Kate and family's country home
http://news.yahoo.com/prince-william-kate-and-family-new-country-home-151621404.html

After the first several nights recovering at Kensington Palace in London from the highly anticipated birth of http://news.yahoo.com/gun-salutes-fired-london-honor-britains-princess-133459333.html , the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have packed their bags and are on the move to the country. With nearly 2-year-old Prince George and the newborn Princess Charlotte in tow, Will and Kate will be the newest royal residents in the picturesque village of Anmer in the county of Norfolk.

The 18th-century Georgian mansion, Anmer Hall, was a gift from his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, for Prince William’s 30th birthday. The home, which has been undergoing renovations for the past two years, boasts 10 bedrooms, a modern swimming pool, a tennis court and is fully baby-proofed and ready for the new princess.
Must be nice.
