What Are the Best Starting Points for Learning Quantum Field Theory?

I wish to learn quantum field theory? Where should I start?
I do know something about Dirac's bra-kets and elementary QM.

You should be familiar with QM, especially perturbation theory and scattering theory. In addition you should be familiar with classical electrodynamics.
