thks, who are you?

I am a mentor on this site. Our job is to monitor posts and to keep things running smoothly based on our site guidelines (see link below).

Nice to know you, I happen to have a question when I can make reply to questions in forum or ask a question by post? as just coming in, I was told not to post and do homework

Yeah, this New Member Introduction forum is just for brief introductory posts. To ask a technical question, find the best forum (Chemistry or Earth Sciences or whichever fits your question the best), and start a new thread at the top of that forum. Some technical forums have an A-I-B (Advanced, Introductory, Beginner) prefix for thread titles that indicates what level you want the discussion to be at (graduate school, undergrad uni, high school). It is always good to post links to the reading you have been doing while trying to answer your own question -- that helps us to understand your background a bit better.

Enjoy PF!

Thks for your reply.

May I know why you have a signature below your reply, and how can I add it like you

I don't know the current rules for adding signatures -- you may need to be a Mentor or Advisor or a Gold Member to have a signature, but there was a time when all members could add a signature in their Profile. Maybe check the Gold Member thread (is it in the Feedback forum now?). I'll try to find a link.

My signature is about emergency preparedness HAM Radio licenses, and how they have been easier to get for the last years because you didn't have to learn Morse Code anymore.
