SUMMARY

The term "Ept" in equations refers to the product of two variables rather than a separate variable. This clarification arose from a discussion where LaTeX formatting issues caused confusion regarding its representation. The misunderstanding stemmed from the visual appearance of "Ept" in the paper, which misled readers into thinking it was an independent variable. Proper interpretation of such terms is crucial for accurate mathematical communication.

In an equation, there was an Ept (just those letters) embedded within that equation, does anyone know what it means? LaTeX code doesn't seem to be working either.

Don't worry, I think I've found the answer, the formatting within the paper made it look like a separate variable, but it's actually a product of two variables.
