SUMMARY

If the Earth were shrunk to a size of approximately 10^-11 meters while maintaining its mass, it would become a black hole due to the extreme density. The gravitational properties would drastically change, leading to a singularity where traditional physics, as described by general relativity, no longer applies. In the context of an exothermic reaction, humans would not feel cold, as the conditions would be dominated by the black hole's gravitational effects rather than thermal energy transfer.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of general relativity and black hole physics
  • Familiarity with the concept of mass-energy equivalence
  • Knowledge of thermodynamics, particularly exothermic reactions
  • Basic grasp of quantum mechanics and particle physics
NEXT STEPS
  • Research the properties and implications of black holes in astrophysics
  • Study the principles of general relativity and its effects on mass and gravity
  • Explore the concept of mass-energy equivalence as described by Einstein's theory
  • Investigate the behavior of matter under extreme conditions in particle physics
USEFUL FOR

Astronomers, physicists, and anyone interested in theoretical physics and the implications of extreme gravitational phenomena.

If the Earth was to be shrunk to the size of a small particle (around the size of *10^-11m) how would the properties differ? (given that the mass remains constant)
How would the properties differ if the mass size ratio was the same?
If it was involved in an exothermic reaction (and us humans were on it.. well assuming we can somehow) would we feel cold?

At that size it would be a black hole.
