Where is the Toolbox in Physics Forums?

I want to display complex equations. It was suggested to me that I click on the sigma icon in the Toolbox. However, I can't find the Toolbox.
I see the quick symbols box. However, underneath there is a suggestion to look for the sigma icon. I don't see a sigma even in the quick symbols box.
I don't have a LaTex word processor.
Does the forum provide a LaTex editor?
Where is the Toolbox?

The "toolbox" you mean is probably B.34.

This is not present in all forums, but only the technical and homework forums. So if you post in feedback, then you will not see the toolbox.
