Can you give me an advice about a program (free program probably) where i can program an animation of a moving particle along some surface for a presentation?
Now I'm trying to use Animate in Wolfram Mathematica, but it is not, what I'm looking for from the design point of view...

Hhhhmmmm...I don't know animation but since no one is saying anything I will throw a few options.

Something difficult would be to attempt to use one of those game development libraries like pyglet, pygame, pyopengl.

I wonder if it can be done with Blender.

Lastly, and this may be the easiest is to use vpython.
