Money is not a concern here

You should have had a sense of the quality of their programs before you applied. There are hundred of colleges that offer physics programs and the one that is right for you depends on what you plan to do after you graduate.. How many physics majors are in the programs. More should reflect a popularity of the program. A more selective school tends to have a better quality student who should have a higher level of success after graduation which reflects on the schools program. .What are your plans after the BA? e.g., do you intend to do post graduate work , teach HS, go into industry? If you are interested in research do they offer undergraduate research opportunities? Do they have information on the success of their graduates.
