Not quite, but still painful.
The thread centers around the emotional impact of losing a beloved pet, specifically an "antigravity cat" described affectionately by the owner, Evo. Participants share their condolences and personal experiences related to pet loss, expressing empathy and support. The discussion touches on themes of grief, memory, and the significance of pets in people's lives.
Participants generally agree on the emotional weight of losing a pet and the shared experience of grief. However, there are varying perspectives on how to cope with such losses and the circumstances surrounding the pet's death, indicating a lack of consensus on specific details.
Some discussions involve assumptions about the causes of death and the implications of pet ownership, but these remain unresolved and speculative.
Individuals dealing with the loss of a pet, those seeking emotional support in grief, or anyone interested in shared experiences related to companionship with animals.

Every night when I'd come home he run up to me and flop onto his back and wait to get his stomach rubbed.
The Evo child is coming over later to be with me when I bury him. I can't see to type through the tears right now.
This is him as a baby, the only picture I have.
