Why does the green cat of Bulgaria have cyan fur?

[Helios]

So folks, there is this "green cat of Bulgaria". I see it on Google images. How does one explain this? Someone dyed the cat? The pictures are fake? It fell into some chemical? The cat is a mutation or an omen? The cyan color is very strange. I don't know about this.
