If each was dissolved in water, will the solution be acidic, basic, or neutral???
1) (CH3)3N+Cl- Acidic
2) (CH3)4N+Cl- Nuetral
Are these right???

You're missing something in #1. There is an anion (Cl-) but nothing cationic. That can't happen.

On the other I had a typo. It should be
(CH3)3NH+Cl-
Okay, that one should be slightly acidic. A protonated weak base will be a weak acid.
