Wind turbine AC generator's reluctance
Hi, I am designing small power wind turbine with output power 3kW. I would like to ask about the rotational speed dependence on the load connected. I know when generator is open circuit it rotates freely. But what about when the load is connected? Does it slow down the rotation? Because, when...- Akmalidin

Designing 3kW Vertical Axis Wind Turbine Blade
Hi, I am designing vertical axis wind turbine for generator with 3kW power. Prior to make big blade I have designed small 3D printable version to test. I want to concentrate the force of wind into one point by making specific blade .It would make the blade rotate even after wind passes. That...- Akmalidin

Constant Current Source for high current
Hi, I am building a charger for my bicycle front and tail light that uses dynamo to charge them while cycling. However, depending on my speed, current is fed differently to lights and they start to flicker. Therefore, I was wandering if there is a way to make a constant current source which...- Akmalidin

Help with LM2596 IC Burnout Issue
Yes , dynamo is reliable. And I am using bridge rectifier with filtering capacitor and lm2596 input capacitor also helps to reduce/eliminate the picks.- Akmalidin

Help with LM2596 IC Burnout Issue
Hi, I have been using lm2596 recently for my project and encountered weird issue with it. I am using it to step down the voltage from my bike dynamo which is 16v down to 5V for my front and back tail lights. But it is getting burned I guess when I ride the bike and I had 3 times changed the...- Akmalidin

Super Capacitor Charging/Discharging
4.5V is giving out about 800ma to charge but it is varying (going down). But I think when the current is over 600ma ,the phone can be charged- Akmalidin
