    Thanx all, glad to know i did understand it ;) My fault was that i did R=1/R1 + 1/R2 which is (R1+R2)/(R1R2) But R = 1 / (1/R1 + 1/R2) which is (R1R2)/(R1+R2)

    just write everything out eg. (x+a)^2=x^2+2xa+a^2 maybe rewrite some terms then and you will see that it is divisible by x^2 + (a + b)x +ab
