Engineering A question about a three-phase circuit
oops.. :) but still, S1 and V1 are similar in phase, aren't they? And since that's the case, S/V yields magnitude only (on the real axis). Same for both loads. And since the phase becomes 0 for both I1 and I2 (which is wrong obviously, but I cannot figure out where exactly I miss a thing here)...- Shloa4

What is the Frequency Range for the Carrier Wave in DSB Modulation?
I understand that the original formula represents a multiplication of two signals, x(t) (better called x_{m}(t) , just for a better distinction) and x_{c}(t) . I also agree that using a trigonometric relation could transform that multiplication and represent it as a sum of two signals. Applying...- Shloa4

What is the Frequency Range for the Carrier Wave in DSB Modulation?
You say 0.5\pi corresponds to \omega_{m} because the given x(t) is the message signal and therefore the \omega_{m}? How can you actually know there's no product in the carrier frequency? Another question is if I can be sure the frequency range of \omega_{c} is...- Shloa4

What is the Frequency Range for the Carrier Wave in DSB Modulation?
My problem is how to continue from here and to use the given x(t)=4sin(0.5πt) to find what I need to. I just cannot see it yet..- Shloa4

What is the Frequency Range for the Carrier Wave in DSB Modulation?
A signal, x(t)=4sin(0.5\pi t), is transmitted by a DSB modulator. What is the frequency range of the carrier wave corresponding to the given message (data) signal? My basic misunderstanding here is if the given signal is the message signal that I should demodulate from a DSB modulated...- Shloa4

Help in performing convolution
Actually I'm quite satisfied with knowing the same result could also be received using contour integration. The real idea here is to use the Fourier transform's properties (since that's the subject I'm focused on now, really), so no need to deviate from that right now (thanks a lot though...- Shloa4

Help in performing convolution
Thanks, but I'm still unable to really figure it out I made the computation (file attached), and still have some differences in the results I get, so I probably miss something here... but what exactly?- Shloa4
