Troubleshooting Solenoid Control for Pneumatic Slides
 hey guys, I'm new in the field and I'm running into this basic problem that's giving a headache. I got a pneumatic slide that's supposed to go up and down. It's controlled by a double sol, 2 position (I'm pretty sure that's the type of valve on the machine now). The valve power is...- Stanley_Smith

Siemens fc10 to compare 2 strings
Hi, I'm scanning a code from each box to compare and see if the box scanned is a "good" box. The whole code is about 21 bytes and I only want to compare 9 bytes since those 9 bytes differentiate between the 2 types of box. I created (2) 9-byte strings in DB98, string1[9] starts at 0.0 and...- Stanley_Smith

Comparing 460VAC/230VAC & 440VAC/220VAC Transformer Voltages
I'm using a 460VAC/230VAC single phase transformer. My customer insists wanting to have 440VAC/220VAC one instead. The ratio between the two transformers are the same. How different are the two? Are they essentially the same ? Thank you,- Stanley_Smith

Is Impressing Others a Reflection of Low Self-Esteem?
Do we have to always impress others? If we try to impress other people all the time; then obviously we are trying to reach their expectation and keep changing ourselves ?- Stanley_Smith

News Should the Geneva Conventions Apply to This War?
Actually it's the other way around. Typically in nondemocratic countries, which either run by the same old leader or a party or a group of people for the last couple decades, always have to face some invisible enemies, most likely the US. The so call "enemy of peace", "hostile and unfriendly...- Stanley_Smith

News Should the Geneva Conventions Apply to This War?
You cracked me up with what you just said ! You seem to be missing the point... It's all about choices, you can do whatever you want but keep this in mind, you will have to interact with other nations like you will have to deal with people around you; even animal in the jungle has to interact...- Stanley_Smith

News Should the Geneva Conventions Apply to This War?
"who still believe the US is to spread "Democracy and Freedom".. they escape reality" Yeah, whoever thinks like that got to have very low IQ. Remember this, there is no ally that lasts forever, only interest comes first. However, would you want to be an ally eventhough for a period of time...- Stanley_Smith
