Undergrad Where does light get reflected on a conductor?

1. Since skin depth is the attenuation of the wave in a conductor, this means the reflection isen't the incident wave... so what is the reflection? 2. Sorry for the lack of precisions, let me try again: correct me if I am wrong but i picture the oscillation of the eletron as an harmonic oscillation, and i was wondering what would the force constant be/represent?
