I came across this YouTube Short from The Action Lab. I thought it was pretty cool that he searched Reddit and PhysicsForums when researching a reason for the effect.

OK, I may have been a little shallow there, but I'll still bet money on who comes out successful in the end.

Then again, it being @scottdave I'm not sure at all. I'll mayby just crawl into this hole over here....
