Because, strictly speaking, the volume of the amplituhedron (https://arxiv.org/pdf/1312.2007) is applicable only to scattering amplitudes in ##N = 4## supersymmetric Yang-Mills QFT and just in a very specific limit. In particular, it is unsuitable for finding results in the ##SU(3)\times SU(2)\times U(1)## gauge theory underlying the Standard Model of modern particle physics.
