SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the potential collapse of the Kyoto Agreement on Climate Change, highlighted by Britain's shift towards allowing nations to forgo mandatory greenhouse gas emission targets. This change undermines the agreement's foundational principle, as noted by Juliette Jowit in The Observer. The conversation also touches on Canada's incentives to reconsider its commitment to Kyoto, alongside criticisms of the scientific basis for the agreement, as expressed by participants in the forum.

Canada gets lots of incentives too, to reconsider Kyoto,
Meet friendly Tim Ball and his crew (non existent according to Liisa Antilla)

But this time, not because it's economically prohibitive and not effective but because the science is flawed.
