Dose anybody can give me link for ASME codes for boiler & vessel pressure.

The code has to be purchased, it's not available online. You can obtain it directly from http://www.asme.org/kb/standards/bpvc-resources/boiler-and-pressure-vessel-code---2010-edition/ or you might want to go through another company such as IHS that provides a wide variety of industry standards.
