My daughter got me tickets to a Banana Ball game for my birthday. The game was today. There will be another tomorrow.

It was way more fun than the videos.

The show was in the Ducks' (U. of O.) Autzen Stadium. The stadium was full (60,000). There was a really long lasting wave that wen around the stadium more than 15 times! They announced it was a world record, but sounds like hype (which they are really good at) to me.

There was constant fun music and a lot of performance. I would like to see the Ducks use their announcer at their football games.

One of my favorite Banana Ball rules is that if a fan catches a foul ball the player is out. Adds a whole new dimension to the game. In regular college/pro baseball, a player will often foul off a pitch on purpose if they get fooled by the pitch and can't hit it cleanly.

Another weird rule is that if you get a walk you can advance bases unless every player on the defense touches the ball first. Looks like a b-ball team practicing passing the ball around.
Lots of trick plays too (they get points for that).

I tried to get tickets when they came to my city and it sold out in like 15min.
That's awesome. I would definitely go if they came to NorCal.
