Hi,
What do you think are the best Russian/Soviet/MIR physics books that are available in English? Should be undergraduate level or higher. All time classics that really explain the subject matter well. Thanks.

Irodov is not a textbook per se but a collection of nice problems.

There’s actually many different books by Irodov.

Do you consider the textbooks by Irodov to be as good as the problem book?

Edit: apparently this was already asked before, see https://www.physicsforums.com/threads/soviet-or-russian-physics-and-math-textbooks.502022/
that QFT book looks very interesting. That other thread involved mostly math books and physics problem books, and I am curious about physics textbooks, which is why I started this one. Thanks.
