Best wing and airfoil for maximum lift and L/D in a glider?

Hi everyone
what kind of wing & what kind of airfoil do you suggest if i want to have max lift & max L/D for my glider?

Captain Obvious here; I would suggest glider wings. That is to say, the same long, narrow, shallow-cambered wings normally used on gliders.
