What is the scope of btech in PHYSICAL SCIENCES from IIST(indian institute of space science and technology)?

after that course it is compulsory to work in ISRO for 5 years...(if you get first class)

will that be enough to get into NASA?

NASA is a US government organization, not a college. If you want to get a job working for NASA, you apply for one. Many of the jobs are restricted to US citizens. I'm not really sure what job you're thinking of applying for. Working for NASA is a competitive process; there's no list of things you do and then you're hired.

to apply for NASA you need to be a permanent resident of U.S
