Right now I am designing a flap valve with is operating with the horizontal axis. By using lever-pneumatic cylinder mechanism, valve will open (vertical position) and close (horizontal position) with 90° operation. I this case, I need to calculate the required force at the pn. cylinder piston rod end. My load is around 5000N through out the rectangular flap 800x1092 sq. mm. How can i Handle this? Using UDL condition? Of ____

Freinds, I have to design and simmulate a pneumatic piston cylinder, and want to calculate force profile of piston with time. please help me in this regard, also please tell me any simmulation software simmulating pneumatic piston cylinder.
