Looks like American Uncial

To me it looks more like a lake than a font.
 
Indeed, my Designer, whose nose is 4 feet from my own, identified it as American Uncial.

I tried it on this font and even though I answered "Not Sure" to most questions, none the less, it found it. It knew from the fact that it is sans-serif, and from the shape of the a and the e.
