Can Propeller Efficiency be Calculated from Scratch?

Now i am doing study on vessels propeller efficiency which i can determine the best time to do propeller polishing.Do anyone have any idea on how do i calculate this propeller efficiency

Calculate from scratch? That would be a very difficult thing to do. Generally, efficiencies for such things are measured and tabulated by the manufacturer.
