Cauchy-Euler equations are prevalent in various real-life applications, particularly in physics. They are notably used in fluid dynamics, especially in analyzing complex potential flow theory. However, there is a distinction between Cauchy-Euler equations and Cauchy-Riemann equations, which are specific to complex analysis. The discussion highlights the confusion between these two sets of equations and their respective applications. Understanding the correct context of each equation is crucial for their application in real-world scenarios.

Can anyone tell me in which real-life situations are the Cauchy-Euler equations present?

right, if I am remembering well, I think I saw them in Complex Potential Flow Theory.

Definitely I am not remembering well, because the equations of Complex Potential Theory are Cauchy-Riemann.
