Charge distribution when conducting spheres are connected by wire

Simple question,finding the charge on conducting sphere??

A conducting sphere of radius 1cm has a charge of 5microC is placed far away from another sphere with radius 2cm,,the two spheres are connected to each other by a thin wire ,the charge on the larger sphere is ?

Answer : 3.33microC

this is a question from my past exam ,and tomorw is my final
i looked it up and tried thinking that the solution should be 2.5microC but its not ,,
can anyone tell me how we got that 3.33microC as an answer

think in terms of the potential being the same for each conducting sphere since they're connected by a wire.
