AI Thread Summary
The discussion centers around India's warning to cricket cheerleaders and the implications of their potential unemployment. Participants debate whether cheerleaders could enhance the popularity of cricket, with some humorously suggesting that this would be more effective than partnerships with magazines. The conversation highlights a cultural contradiction in India, where traditional values regarding womanhood clash with the acceptance of cheerleaders in sports. Critics point out the hypocrisy in societal attitudes, contrasting the scrutiny of cheerleaders with the more provocative content often found in Bollywood films. The overall sentiment reflects a tension between modern entertainment practices and traditional cultural norms.

We live in India where womanhood is worshipped. How can anything obscene like this be allowed?

Like I've said before, India's national pastime is hypocrisy.

Every day we learn new things. Sometimes it's just a small fact or realization. No matter how trivial or random, let's start recording our daily lessons. Please start off with "Today I learned". Keep commentary to a minimum and just LIKE posts. I'll start! Today I learned that you clean up a white hat by spraying some cleaner with bleach on it (rinse before putting it back on your head!)
