AI Thread Summary
The discussion revolves around a question where a student must identify the correct number of lines of data that contain the right answer. The options range from one to four lines being correct, with the last option stating that all lines are correct. The consensus is that option A cannot be correct because the question specifies "lines" in the plural, indicating more than one line must be correct. If option B were correct, it would imply that options C and D must also be correct, leading to a contradiction since D states all lines are correct. Therefore, the logic suggests that the only viable option is A, but the phrasing of the question makes it impossible for A to be true. The conclusion drawn is that the question is inherently flawed, as no single option can satisfy the conditions set by the question.

in a question we have lines of data a student needs to circle the right answer among the few proposed
the option are:

a. only one line has the right data.
b. only two lines has the right data.
c. only three lines has the right data.
d. " 4 " "

etc..

on the last option it says
"all the lines are correct"

which option the student must choose to get the full score of the question?
(notice the data in the chosen line has to be correct)

The last option.

why?

Choice A is the correct answer.

It cannot be A...in the question it says lines of data, not a line. But if it was b, that would mean b and c or d, so that would mean if it was b and c, then it would be b,c, and d, and d is that all of them are right...so this is impossible.

Am I right? (I don't need to ask...I am 99.99% sure I'm right...)
