How interplanting and crop rotation helps to control the pethogenic diseases and parasitic weeds and also explain what are parasitic weeds ? What is crop rotation ? What is interplanting ? Thanks :-)

This is also written in my book but I can not understand it . It is " interplanting, as it stimulates conditions in natural ecosystem by limiting the spread of infectious diseases can also control it " could you please explain this
