Does there exist an online forum where people from countries around the world discuss their cultures, foods, language, etc?

We do that a little bit here, as long as it is within the rules. Language certainly, there is a thread on grammar active at the moment.
Music and food feature and Education is a Biggie for obvious reasons.

That's right, look no farther. This is an international forum. So this is the thread for all those exchanges. From Bangkok Post today.

The internet is where one looks for other cultures, no?
If you want to discuss your own culture, don't you do that by ... going outside to talk to your neighbour?

(I'm being facetious here. Totally misinterpreting the OP's intent and circumstance. I just had this strange image of someone leaving their house and deliberately walking into the Grand Central Station of the World to look for their own people. Anyway, carry on.)
