If you mean AND and OR in the boolean sense, then I think you can define them as binary operations with the following truth table:

0 AND 0 = 0
0 AND 1 = 0
1 AND 0 = 0
1 AND 1 = 1

0 OR 0 = 0
0 OR 1 = 1
1 OR 0 = 1
1 OR 1 = 1
