Here is the link to the problem I am stuck on. I don't know what question b) means by solve for the boundary values? Are these the same as boundary conditions or are boundary values explicit values?

I think you are over-thinking this. The function f(x,y) = Cxy has specific values on each of the three boundary surfaces. What are these values? For example, what is the value of Cxy on the plane where y = 0?

Re-read the problem. The X-Y plane isn't one of the bounding surfaces.
