Users are exploring alternatives to exporting .wmf files from Mathematica for enhanced graph customization. Excel is mentioned as a viable tool for creating complex plots with annotations and varied fonts. Additionally, there is a request for recommendations on Latex-like fonts for labeling graphs.

PREREQUISITES
  • Familiarity with Mathematica for graph plotting
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for graph modification
  • Understanding of Excel for data visualization
  • Awareness of font types, specifically Latex-like fonts
NEXT STEPS
  • Research advanced graph plotting techniques in Mathematica
  • Explore AutoCAD's capabilities for importing and modifying .wmf files
  • Learn about Excel's advanced charting features for complex data visualization
  • Investigate available Latex-like fonts suitable for graph labeling
USEFUL FOR

Hi, I have to draw this kind of graphs on the computer:

I tryed to plot the graph of the function in mathematica, export it into .wmf file and then add some of the lines and labels in AutoCAD.
Is there any more effective way?
Another thing is - I would like to use some Latex-like font for the labels, but I don't know which.
Thanks for any help.

Most of the time I just use Excel. You can do a lot of annotations, fonts, etc.. It does depend on your input on how easy it is to produce the plots though. I have done some pretty complicated plots though.
