What is the environment for this gel? Would a grease work? Heat sink compound might be the answer in that case. I don't think that silver chloride gel would conduct electricity very well. Perhaps a silver flake or dust might work for awhile before it corroded. Graphite grease would be a good choice as well.
 
the gel should not be sooo dirty like grease! I've got no exact purpose for this gel, jjust wanted to kno how to make it!
