Homework Statement
I found an entirely different question. He said that when an electron with velocity v left a region with potential V1, when it was applied with an alpha angle to another region of potential V2, it suffered deviation from a beta angle. It looks like a snell law case to me, but I'm not sure. How can I list the question parameters? Where can I read more about this?
Relevant Equations
Snell Law
E= hf
Nothing

Who said? Can you provide a reference or link? Failing that, can you post the exact wording of what "he" said?
