(1) Can someone please give the information regarding admission to PhD(physics) specially cosmology in the European universities and admission only through interviews and research proposal is possible??
Listing some of them would be more beneficial.
(2) And the rough estimate for the course fee
(3) And if financial assistance is provided ,to what sort it is met out of the total expenditure??
Thank you

If you're an upper year undergraduate and you're seriously considering graduate school, you should be looking into this kind of thing on your own. When you talk with your professors and read independently, what topics are coming up? What are the big papers in cosmology that you're interested in? The key, really is to look for names and groups that keep coming up that you think you might be interested in working with.

Then research them. Find out what those groups have published recently. If it's possible, go to the school in person, get a tour, and speaking with current professors and students.

It's a lot easier to find out what the admission requirements and financial support are when you have a specific school to make inquiries of. If there's something not listed on their website, you can always contact them.
