Forum Rules Link Not Working

When I click on the "rules" tab at the top of the forum, I just get transported to a page (https://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=5374) saying: "No Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" (I did contact an administrator but the link is still dead).

I guess the link should point to https://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=414380.

I like how the forum rules are a bit strict on this forum. It feels like you are a bit limited sometimes, but on the other hand, you don't get all these tiresome threads that are abundant on other forums.
