A Free carrier density and the electron momentum relaxation time

Click For Summary
The discussion centers on finding reliable sources for the free carrier density and electron momentum relaxation time of various substances, particularly carbon, for a personal project. The original poster has already searched online and on ScienceDirect without success. Participants acknowledge the difficulty of finding this specific information and suggest that searching can be time-consuming. There is a lack of specific recommendations for books or resources that contain the desired data. Overall, the conversation highlights the challenge of sourcing technical information online.

TL;DR
Need the above for a personal project. Looked on the internet and ScienceDirect.com but no luck.
Hi

For a personal project, where can I find the free carrier density and the electron momentum relaxation time of various substances (i.e. Carbon etc .....).

Is there a book or something ?

Thanks.

Searching on the internet can be a very lengthy business. How many hours have you spent, so far? Yes; that can be the timescale.
Sorry; I know nothing about the topic but I do have loads of experience looking for stuff on 'the Internet'.

I'm setting up an analog power supply. I have the transformer bridge and filter capacitors so far. The transformer puts out 30 volts. I am currently using two parallel power transistors and a variable resistor to set the output. It also has a meter to monitor voltage. The question is this. How do I set up a single transistor to remove whats left of the ripple after the filter capacitors. It has to vary along with the control transistors to be constant in its ripple removing. The bases of the...
