how does visible light carry with it?
does this energy increases with increase in number of reflection?

Welcome to PF;
All photons have an associated electromagnetic energy ##E=h\nu## where ##\nu## is the frequency of the light. They carry this energy the same way that solid objects carry mass energy and kinetic energy.

What you see is the effect of many photons.
At a reflective surface, not all the photons will be reflected back.
From here you should be able to answer your question.
