How much horsepower is needed to generate a given amount of kilowatts?

Could anyone please inform me the relation between needed hp in engine in order to generate a certain amount of kw ?

And conversely 1 Kw=1.34 brake horse power (bhp)

so 25 Kw=about 33 horsepower.
