I found this reference but I recognize the line from one of my favourite Leonard Cohen songs "Anthem".

Uh-oh. I was suspicious about a 'music festival' based on one line from a song. Edited post.
Interesting that in "Anthem" Cohen deplores the inherent faults of using duplicity as a guiding principle.
 
It's a festival run by the Institute of Art and Ideas with scientists and philosophers discussing various topics. I decided to "attend" it online and it's been pretty interesting so far. Here's the line-up for this year.
